1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services, websites, and digital products provided by SOAR Media Pursuit Consult (“SOAR”, “we”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access our platforms.
2. Scope of Services
SOAR provides professional services across Digital Media, Creative & Media Production, Web & Software Development, Live Streaming & Broadcast Operations, Digital Branding, and Technology Solutions. Detailed terms for specific client engagements are outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Service Agreements.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary brand assets, codebase frameworks, software architectures, and creative designs owned by SOAR remain the exclusive property of SOAR Media Pursuit Consult. Client deliverables are transferred upon full settlement of agreed contract fees.
4. Ecosystem Platforms & Usage
When using proprietary SOAR products such as SoarSend or SoarLogBook, users must adhere to all applicable anti-spam policies, telco messaging regulations, and data compliance standards. Unlawful broadcast activity or unauthorized reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
